Global Clinic is a group of specialist consultants based at
London and Belgium.
We pride ourselves on offering a first class service. As a patient, visitor or relative to the clinic we hope your experience is positive. We always value your feedback especially when we are doing things right. We are however always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your involvement when we have not met your expectations.
Please tell us about your experience by filling out our Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire which is available from your consultant secretary.
All comments and complaints are taken seriously regardless of their nature. You can carry out a complaint by contacting us via the following.
What happen next?
We will acknowledge receipt of the complaints and initial response within 48 hours.
If you wish to take your complaint to written form the receipt will be sent to you within five days.
An investigation into the complaint will then be passed to our Clinic Governance Committee who will then follow the correct procedure to establish an appropriate course of action. We aim to respond to your complaint within 31 days and if an investigation should go on longer than this we will keep you informed.
